New Patient Registration

The Practice accepts patients living within the Nairn and Ardersier locality.

To register with the Practice, please call in at either our Nairn or Ardersier surgery, where you will be given a new patient application pack to complete.

Please remember to bring your repeat medication slip and a form of ID with you when attending to register.

New Patient Medicals

When registering with the Practice, you will be asked to make an appointment with our Health Screener.  At this appointment, the Health Care Assistants will ask you basic questions about your medical history, including your family history, and will also take basic measurements such as blood pressure, height, weight etc.

If you have repeat items on your prescriptions, or have one or more long-term medical conditions, the Health Care Assistants may ask you to make an appointment with a GP.  If you do have any long-term conditions, we would encourage you to make an appointment with our Health Care Assistants as soon as you register with us, as this may help in us getting important information from your previous practice while waiting for your medical notes to arrive.
